How would you like to experience yourself?
The Faces of Us
The Faces of Us is a transformative program that empowers students to develop an authentic identity through mask and persona curriculum.
Inspired by a mascot’s journey meeting humanity behind a mask, the workshop practices social-emotional tenets that are imperative to any human being or mascot character: self-awareness, personal agency, and creative visualization.
Throughout the experience, students will embody the person they aspire to become—within both their professional and personal worlds. Our theory of change is that befriending more parts of ourselves allows us to realize the limitless possibilities in our lives.

OVATION

Optimistic, Resilient, Globetrotter
“Jeff seamlessly balances playfulness with the ability to ground a group in thought-provoking ideas and self-development. Creating a mask revealed an area where I want to grow and how I can achieve that growth while staying true to myself. I think that idea was always with me, but Jeff's Faces of Us workshop made it easy to visualize and develop that persona. I can now live my daily life with this reminder of why I do what I do, and how to carry myself as the best version of me!”

“Jeff brings this confidence and energy into the room that makes you feel incredibly seen. Through the Faces of Us experience, he helped me tap into a part of myself that I think I always knew was there, but didn’t always have the confidence to fully embody. I was able to step into my persona - the version of myself I want to show up as and actually feel her, not just imagine her. I walked away feeling more confident in who I am and more willing to let that version of myself be seen.”

“Jeff’s Beyond the Symbol of Words is a beautiful invitation to remember how much we can say without speaking. Through movement and play, I found new ways to express truth and connect from a place that feels real and alive. Jeff’s presence is steady and kind, creating a space where exploration feels safe, spontaneous, and deeply human.”

Curious, Compassionate, Creative
“When I had my sessions with Jeff, I was in a hard place in my life. Meeting with Jeff really helped me sort out who I was, what was important to me, and what to focus on. It was an immensely positive experience for me. Jeff is insightful, authentic, has a great heart, and an interesting perspective on life.”

“Sitting in circle with Jeff is a homecoming. You are seen, heard, and reminded of your own sacred potential. He carries a rare gift—the ability to awaken innocence and tenderness while guiding you toward your highest truth. Jeff’s presence welcomes everything; his wisdom flows with ease and grace. In his field, you remember: all is worthy, and change is the natural unfolding of your soul’s dream.”

“Going into the Faces of Us, I had no idea what to expect or what was going to be asked of me. I came out of it with new perspectives on how I can lead, grow, and learn as a manager at Mountain Crust, and as a human. Jeff pushes you to think outside the box and embrace new ideas, while also supporting your vision and adaptations of his teachings. I found myself resonating with the Faces of Us in a different way than how I think a lot of other folks did, but I also think that's kind of the point. It's not a copy-paste system to be used for everyone in the same way. It's an idea to chase and embrace as you take on new challenges both at work and in your life.”

“Jeff’s facilitation style is very unique in that he customizes each session based on the participants. The subject and task may be the same, but the way he speaks to each individual is very special and personal. His enthusiasm and excitement to speak meaningfully with each person is warm and inviting. He makes you feel very comfortable and truly seen. His programs are something you won’t see or experience anywhere else, and I feel they are meant to evoke each person’s hidden gems.”

Warm, Playful, Caring
“In a world overflowing with self-help books, goal-setting techniques, and a constant search for self-improvement, Faces of Us is a refreshingly honest, playful approach to introspection and acceptance. What if the goal wasn't to reject who we are to become a "better" version, but to explore the different sides of ourselves and lean into the parts that serve us most (and laugh while we do it!)”
Aubrey R.
Creative, Empathetic, Adventurous
“The Faces of Us was a great reminder of how we can embody the characteristics we wish to see in ourselves. Giving those characteristics a persona, name, and backstory can be a helpful way to practice embodying them. I really enjoyed seeing the qualities others wanted to embody and how they envisioned themselves. Jeff did a great job creating a comfortable environment where we could share somewhat vulnerable topics, balancing humor, compassion, and a nurturing presence throughout the facilitation.”

Dedicated, Goofy, Goober
“As a facilitator, Jeff balances meaningful conversations with authenticity and humor. His facilitation style breaks down people's natural barriers to vulnerability, allowing people to open up and not take life too seriously. The Faces of Us experience showcases the various coexisting versions of ourselves and makes you think, "How would the best version of myself show up today?"
